• Standard of material (Preferable to provide Element Percentage of C, Si, Mn, P, S, etc and Physical/Mechanical Properties of the material) and
• Technical requirements and
• Piece Weight of Rough Casting

• Production technology: Furan resin sand casting, green sand casting

• Main production equipment:
• Sand mixer, sand processing/treatment equipment
• AVM (air vibration molding machines), other molding machines (F-1)
• Core-shooting machines for making shell sand cores
• Cupolas
• Intermediate frequency electrical induction furnaces
• CE meter (C-Si equivalent weight meter)
• Equipment for inspecting chemicals and physical properties
• Shot blast machines
• Heat treatment (Annealing) furnaces

• Piece weight: 2Kg~2,000Kg per piece 　

• Finish Machined/tooled products also available according to customer's request (Drawings and standard of products should be provided by customer.)

• Packing: In wooden cases

• Production capacity: 500 Mt per month

• Duration of pattern-making and sample-making: Within 45 working days (Vary subject to the complexity of products) 

• Minimum order: 1x20' FCL (Full Container Load)

• Delivery: Within 45 working days after signing of contract and confirmation of samples by client
